Change of address AR11

I wouldn't (personally) alter the facts - there's no real reason (that I can think of) for you to want to. All they really care about is where you are now.

P.S.,

Don't forget - a US Sponsor must file an I-865 (only a paper/mail-in method) when moving.

If you have moved multiple times and never filed the AR 11. Which address should you include as your last address. The one the USCIS has on file (generally the one with your green card) or the actual last address?

Well technically you (the foreigner, not the USC) have 10 days from changing address to file an AR-11 (unless you're the USC sponsor, then you need to file an I-865). Remember you will need to list these "other addresses" on any future G-325A.

The "last address" is SUPPOSED to be the last address on file, which is SUPPOSED to be the last address you were living at... so I would put the last address on file so that they are aware that it's you (confirmation and all that).

Bear in mind that not changing your address is VERY risky. If they send you a notice and you do not get it you risk denial. Also, you are breaking the law by not changing your information. I don't remember reading about anyone getting into strife for it, except for being denied. ALSO, sometimes when you change address it doesn't go through properly and they will still send things to the old address. IF you get denied you have the proof that you changed the address and it's USCIS's error that you didn't get it. Also remember to check case statuses online to ensure you're getting any and all notices.
