Hey everyone.

My husband is in the military and currently deployed and since I am up in Canada, there is no one to collect the mail.

We(mostly me) are afraid that we'll miss something important that'll come via snail mail and sit at the post office, causing a significant delay in our processing time. So, the question we have is there a way we can get our notices for our case via email(I don't mean just the updates because we are already signed up for that) I mean if we happen to get a RFE orrr something along that line?

You cant get the RFEs on email...even if you have one even the military helpline will tell you to wait for the hardcopy RFE. No way around that. All he can do is have someone check his mail like I did. Also, you would have to send the RFE coverletter back...I think it was barcoded and everything so it goes straight to the file. If the USCIS site is updating, it will tell you that they sent an RFE though.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
