checked cashed April 5th

But I have to know what to do about the I-129F being sent back

that has to have decision before they can do anything with the I-130C

So, I wondered if anyone ran into this

Immigration has everything

photos

both our birth cerificates

passports

2 passport photos

criminal background checkes

Naitonal ID

marriage certififate

power of attorney he gave to me

letters of family and friends who witness marriage and support us

all the copies of the I-129F

there have about 60 forms and letters

I am a paralegal and i sent everything

but i am not familiar with immigration

seems we should have heard more from interview that happened in January

Stuff in bold - above -

Please understand - the I-129F and the I-130 are two different petitions that YOU have filed -

and the two are NOT connected. USCIS will NOT WAIT on anything to process the I-130.

OTOH, since you are married NOW, you need to withdraw the I-129F petition, as

you two do NOT qualify for it anymore (you are married) so 'waiting for decision on I-129F' , for you, will be a huge time-waster.

You SHOULD withdraw the I-129F petition, in the manner I've described.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You have been advised several times to cancel the I129-F because it is no longer a valid petition since you are now married.

Further, when people are saying your information is scattered, it is because it is not coming across in a clear and concise manner. While it may all make perfect sense to you because you have been handling it this whole time, please keep in mind that everyone here does not know all the details of your case and in order for us to understand and answer you properly, you have to give us clear and concise information.
