Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

I'm sort of confused.... After a fiasco regarding checking a box on I-134 question 11, They took the I-134 and her passport (they already had the rest of the paperwork) but didn't give her a pink slip...

She did go to the Air21 window where she gave them her phone number and the address of the hotel across the street. (they didn't collect any money for delivery)

SO no worry since no pink slip?

That is odd :blink: Did they tell her she was approved? The pink slip is the one you want and I thought it was what she would take to the Air21 window with her. Hmmm maybe someone else has had this experience.

The I-134 question 11 incident* (as it will be called henceforth) started a lot of confusion, she was given a blue slip stating I-134 was needed, she called me, and basically got back in line to turn in the I-134, the I-134 was accepted, and she was just told she was done.

hi, do you mind sharing what incident happened with the I-134? my fiance and i are having problems pertaining to question #11. it's very confusing! he sent me the form with the box "do NOT intend" ticked off. cos we thought they were asking for SPECIFIC contributions.

is it okay if he scans a copy of the I-134 with the correct box checked and email it to me? it would still have his signature right? help please! :help: thanks!
