The only thing I have said is for the death penalty to be enforced on those who continually break the law in certain circumstances, including one of which they are violating the sovereignty of this nation. Violating sovereignty and coming in without us knowing who the hell you are is a lot more dangerous than many things out there. If illegal Hispanics are doing it, then you can only imagine who else is doing it and what they are bringing into this country.

You said that you advocated "degrees of genocide". Genocide is Genocide - it is not interchangeable with capital punishment.

By the way...it's easy for anyone to get a Washington State drivers license. Once you have one, you simply renew it by mail every five years.

What's required to get a Washington DL?

I don't know if this has been covered in another Arizona/illegal immigration thread (I've given up reading all of them), but in order to get a State DL, don't you have to prove you're legally allowed to live in that State? I know to get my Michigan DL, I had to give them a bunch of stuff before they would process it (passport with K1, I-94 were some of them...which an illegal wouldn't have).

It's good that they changed the language in the law, and that a driver's license will prove legality. But at the same time I think some was overreaction from people who assume just because they have brown skin a cop is going to make them prove who they are for no reason and arrest them. As if cops in that area aren't already familiar with the trademarks of illegal activity in their own areas, they can probably easily spot it - an activity or behavior not just skin color. It's not just brown people that illegally come to this country.

of course it's not, but being in Arizona, So Cal, New Mexico, and Texas, it's pretty well assumed that the overwhelmingly majority of illegals will be from south of the border.... Now if you want to get up into Northern States, then we can really start talking about other nationalities more as well...
