I have a question I have found someone that is willing to sponsor for my husband. And there is like three different I-864 forms which one will they have to fill out and do I still have to fill out and I-864 form also. And also is there any other forms that they will have to fill out also and what all are they going to need.

I have closed my food stamps and medicaid case. But I am living in a low-income subsidized housing is that also going to affect me also.

They will have to fill out the I-864 if they do not live with you (I am assuming they arent living with you).....and you will have to fill out an I-864 also.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
