Finally got My NOA1 its dated 28 july, but got it today, 05 Aug...Now I can move on to the next worry...LOL

July 17 2006 Sent I-129F to TSC

July 19 2006 packet received by TSC

July 27 2006 case received at CSC

July 28 2006 touched (to process/send NOA1)

Aug 01 2006 check cashed

Aug 05 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Me - "ummm yeah Wells Fargo? .. I am missing $170 from my account"

Customer Care - "Let me pull up your account.. Ohh ok I see what you mean yes there is a charge for $170"

Me - "Well I didn't make it so please help me reverse it"

Customer Care - "Well sir it is a check that you wrote yourself... Would you like a copy?"

Me - "yes let me see it (wait a minute for email) .. What do you mean I wrote this??? The date is January 23, 2008!!!!"

Customer Care - "Umm sir I am sorry it was cashed today.."

Me - "How could that be??????? I want to talk to your manager!"

Customer Care - "Sir do you plan on marrying someone from another country in the future?"

Me - "Well yes I am going to visit a girl I fell in love with in Taiwan in 2007."

Customer Care - "Ok that explains it.. USCIS knows that you are going to file a petition in 2008 so they went and just charged you now to help streamline the process"
