ya - symbols here too :(

but - save it as a pdf file (just add .pdf to the extension when saving it)

and see if it comes up.

It's a blunder, IMO - as this file is PDF, not html - i have tech issues with it here, cannot pull it up :(

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

can you read it now??

http://travel.state.gov/pdf/medical/BNS-MED-MULT-0001-1002.pdf

http://travel.state.gov/pdf/supplements/BNS-SUP-MULT-0001-0809.pdf

what I understand is that the first thing is that you need to call them to confirm that that date and time is your interview

and that you need to do your medicals and send a copy of the medical exam envelope and the photos prior to the interview... for the medical exam you whould go to your personal doctor to obtain a copy of the immunization record

and you need to make appointment 3 days before the day that you want to go

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

Before coming to your immigrant visa appointment you will have to undergo a medical examination in the following order:

1)

VERIFY YOUR VACCINATIONS: US Immigration Law requires that all Immigrant visa applicants obtain certain vaccinations prior to the issuance of an Immigrant Visa. The actual vaccinations you will require will depend on your age, gender and medical condition. The vaccinations that may be required are:

MUMPS, MEASLES, RUBELLA, POLIO, TETANUS AND DIPHTHERIA TOXOIDS, PERTUSSIS, HAEMOPHILUS INFLUENZAE TYPE B (HIB), HEPATITIS B, VARICELLA, PNEUMOCOCCAL, INFLUENZA, ROTAVIRUS, HEPATITIS A and MENINGOCOCCAL.

In order to assist the panel physician, and to avoid delays in the processing of an Immigrant Visa, all Immigrant Visa Applicants should have their vaccination records available for the panel physician’s review at the time of the immigrant medical examination. If you do not have a vaccination record, you should contact your family doctor or regular health care provider BEFORE the appointment date, in order to obtain a copy of the immunization record. Please DO NOT schedule your appointment until you have a vaccination record. You can discuss with the panel physician which vaccinations you may need to meet the requirements, or justify certain vaccination waivers. Only a physician can determine which of the listed vaccinations are medically inappropriate for you, given your age, medical history and/ or current medical condition. You can also visit Dr. Stamboulian offices for information regarding availability and provision of vaccination services (4515-3000 or visit the web site at http://www.drstamboulian.com.ar/ ). The vaccination fee will depend on which vaccinations are needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Vaccination requirements do not apply at this time to K and V visa Applicants. However, they will be required by the US Department of Homeland Security at the time of the change of status in the US.

2)

LABORATORY TESTS: Before you appointment with the doctor, you should complete the following exams:

SEROLOGY TEST: $25 Pesos

CHEST X-RAY: $40 Pesos

Physicians

Dr. Graciela Bohbouth 15-4423-5665 Sarmiento 74, 1ro ”1” Martinez

gbohbouth@fibertel.com.ar O’Higgins 2243 2do “A” Buenos Aires

Dr. Alberto Gallacher 4961-5824// 4961-8921 Junin 969 7mo”A” Buenos Aires al_cen@hotmail.com 4555-7730 Echeverria 3625 PB 1 Buenos Aires

The chosen doctor will conduct a physical exam that includes an ophthalmologic examination and will verify that all the vaccination requirements have been met. Applicants using contact lenses will be required to remove them for the exam.

IMPORTANT: After the medical examination has been completed, the physician will return to you the results of the exam in a sealed envelope. If the envelope shows signs of having being opened or tampered with, THE RESULTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS VALID.

Fees are updated annually; therefore, please confirm the fees with the lab and physicians when scheduling your appointment.
