Thank you all with all you love and best wishes. I am sorry i havent been on much - unfrotunately Dave and I are having a few arguments and well he said he is taking a break (whatever that means) in the meanwhile I am stuck in Limboworld and it feels awful - I dont know if he wishes to continue with our visa or not and we are so close too. My only concern is that I havent sent my pack 3 back to london as we agreed we would wait till I get his docs in my hands and according to the NOA2 the expiration date is early september - I just hope they dont close our case:( I emailed them as to what the deadlines are for me to send pack 3 but havent heard nothing yet:( So basically main thing Dave and I argueing over silly little things and he is tired of it and I am too - it is so difficult I am a very emotional touchy person and the fact that I cant see him and hold him in person is killing me plus with the stress of everything else - He only says I worry too much:(

Oh well enough said - I havent been here because im getting upset by reading how everyones good news is - please dont get me wrong I am extremly happy for everyone but I just cant handle it right now sorry :(

Last night dave said he would talk to me today so we shall see if we can work this out - i hope we can we didnt spend 4 years together for nothing.

Thank you all once again:)

I just feel as though you are going through the same stresses we all do. The closer we got to the finish the more we disagreed, something we very seldom have done. If you two could scrimp together the money and documents for this last round and see some progress again, it might take the edge off. Sitting in limbo with nothing going on is difficult to do, trust me I know. Do NOT let this journey tear you apart, you are the same people and couple you were this time a year ago, just a few barricades in your way. Look at it the way we did, what was taking place had nothing to do with us, but with an outside source in this case immigration. How close is he to getting the paperwork together you need? I would start with that, try to stay calm and tell him, we have x amount of days, how soon can you have _____ to me. Then line up what you need to do next. Get yourselves back on a schedule and plan plan plan. Most of all FOCUS on the end, rather than today and worry less!

Love ya!

Bethanie

Hang in there love... you can get through this... stress has that effect on people... makes you squabble with the ones you love most... hang in there and get through this... it will get better (F)

Paul and I met on the Bazaar on the 14th January (he joined my progressive rock forum that day)

July 3rd he flew to England to meet me

We fell in love while he drove all over the place coz I cannot read maps (we were supposed to go to Ingleton - but touched Darlington 4 times, Pierce Bridge 6 times, Scotch Corner twice and Bernard Castle twice and we never did make it to Ingleton)

It has been so long and so much has happened in between...

Arrived in Houston on October 29th 2006

Married 17th November 2006

Lost my father 8th January 2007 (all dates are a blur after this)

Conditional Green Card dated 24th October 2007

I-751 posted on 6th August 2009

Received on 7th August 2009 in VT

Linababe don't worry about your NOA2 expiring ours has already they just told us to make sure the US citzen writes a note reconfirming the intention to marry like in the beginning and you take that to the interview.

Feel better. You'll get through this.

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything

Oh LINA!!! It will be ok hun. Remember what I told you before on yahoo and on the phone. You need to focus on the positive hun and just remember that stress is part of the whole VJ process...what matters is how you deal with it. Don't let the stress factor win and come between you and Dave. Ian and I aren't that far from you and you know that we will stop over anytime that we can. We may be busy as of late and I may not come on yahoo much anymore, but that doesn't mean I am not still here....

So glad to see you post again tho...get this sorted hun and GET THAT VISA!!!!

Talk to you soon Lina...that's a promise.. (F)(F)(F)

Lina, I hope you two find your way through all this stress. We all have felt it too and know exactly where you're coming from. Sometimes you want to rip your hair out and just be all $%$#@^@#$%^@^$&^&@!!!

Hopefully, the conversation today will be a good one & he can see why you're both going thru this #######...to be TOGETHER FOREVER! Sometimes it's hard to see past the day to day visa chit to see that. Maybe you should tell him to come on vj & read how what he's feeling is perfectly normal?

If you need to chat or anything, pm me anytime...
