Hi there i just have a question,i got my EAD and Advance Parole already and still waiting for my greencard i dont know how long it will gonna take for me to have it, it was transfered in California. So anyway,my hubby got a new Job overseas (Kuwait) and he needs to go there as soon as he can and he might just gonna visit us here in US,or me going to visit him Kuwait or we were going to meet in my country (Philippines)It's really a hard decision for us but we trust and love each other and we need to be practical and we were just going to do this for the future of our family.Anyway my questions are how long can i stay if i want to visit him in Kuwait also if i am going to visit my family in Philippines just having a Greencard without having any problem in immigration or going back here in US? Is it also ok if my husband needs to leave for work overseas while we were still waiting for my and my kids greencard? Also when is the right time for me to go back and stay for a year in Phillippines without having any trouble in immigration if i want to come back here? Please help me i am really confused..Thanks in advance.
