While I am honestly thrilled and happy for the applicants who filed in April, May and June and already received their NOA-2, I am feeling like an abused step-child to have filed in March and see no action. I have not been touched since they received my completed RFE.

There are so many of us who filed in March and seem to be buried on someone's desk, while we watch people who filed 60+ days after us get approved.

Like so many, my RFE receipt said all preliminary processing was complete prior to the RFE being sent. How long can they keep putting our applications at the bottom of the pile? I feel so bullied, neglected and abused.

As badly as I feel, I really pity those of you who haven't even received your RFE yet.

Rob,

I, as well as all the other March victims, feel your pain.

But, like someone else posted yesterday, there is always someone in worse shape (no IMBRA RFE, Embassy recalls).

We all need some justice here!!!! Like yesterday!!!!

We are at 144 days and counting now. It seems that no one really cares about the pain they are causing. At this point I am numb. I don't know what to do. My senators don't help, my lawyer can't do anything and I am just fed up with the whole thing. I just want my NOA2 so I can move on.

I have often mused about moving to Mexico and living near the ocean. Then the economic reality sets in.

Have a mellow weekend, I'm trying to stay positive along with you guys. Not much to say, I'm perpetually p2352352ed off. I think if we see more March people get approved and reaffirmed this week, people will start feeling better. If not, more misery will abound.

I got a response from my state representative that says one of the reasons for the recalled delays was that my case was in storage in Harrisonburg, Va. It will retain the original receipt date. It goes on to say that the consulate knows what's up and my case is in the process of being ajudicated. We already knew all this.

Be cool

O.K.......I sense alot of you are starting to lose your composure here. You all need to snap the hell out of it now!!!!!!! Yes, I can talk........I'm in the frigg'in "C" list like some of the rest of the March members........

If anything......you all have got to hold it together for our loved ones sake - who are just as afraid and irratated as we are. They sense your anger and frustration and helplessness and you are not helping them at all.

We all have to keep it together and work as a team here. We all have to continue to network and come up with ideas to move the fight to CSC.........

Yes this sucks, and the cards we were handed STINK..........but that doesn't mean that we have to start crying like a bunch of children. Our loved ones are depending on us to bring them to us. We are not going to accomplish this by just whining and no ACTION!!!!!!!! The whining has already been tried to no avail......

Every single march member should have already written or will write a letter and mail it to Christine on Monday. We have absolutely nothing to lose.

O.K.......I'll step down from my soapbox now.......now start typing the letters........

Mike

Hey Mike I'm totally with you on that be positive and take action, which many of us have done. IMO, the only action that is feasible at this point for myself is contacting the head of the service center and the USCIS because I have already covered everything else imaginable.

All the March people from all service centers are having difficulties, NOA1's and recalled cases. Good luck on trying to speed up CSC! There are some very good writers on VJ that could make up a good team to create a letter.
