hi newatthis some time uscis immigration officer ignore this type of small only name mistake unfill question they dont give value these type of question and i think they dont send you any RFE USCIS OFFICER only send RFE IF YOU HAVE A LACK OF PROVE LIKE SUPPORTING DOCUMENT FOR EXAMPLE IF USCIS OFFICER THOUGHT THAT YOUR EVIDENCE AND PROOF IS NOT TO MUCH TO PROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP in that case uscis immigration officer send you RFE and ask you more proof which prove your relationship and your case is fine

Did you enclose the ARABIC original marriage certificate and the translated English copy? We recived and RFE because I mailed USCIS the Translated english copy and not our original ARABIC copy of marriage certificate.....If not most cases for CR1 they wait there til 5 months and then we got our RFE and was approved the day after they received it but I did not bring our Arabic copy back to USA.

Oh, I know what you are talking about. When we turned it in, my husband and I did not worry about our names, neither his nor mine (obviously) being written in Arabic. We just put N/A, I think something as small as that is usually let go because on our marriage license our names were written in English and everything else Arabic. Is this what you are talking about? I would not send another package though.
