I get an email today from USCIS, regarding Adams AOS/Permanent Residence of Approval... The funny thing is, hes been a Perm Resident since August 12th 2008 when he had his AOS interview and received his Greencard. Strange to out of the blue and after almost 2 yrs he gets another approval.

Maybe 'that letter template' got tossed in the mix, as an error, when instead you

MIGHT have been receiving that 'friendly notice' to file for ROC within 90 days.

That's a stretch, I know, as it's not that 90 day window, yet. Oh Well !!!

I'm leaning towards being convinced that some bright boy decided to 'flush all' on some schedule, getting those letters out, so can at least 'clear some internal status' on the casefile.

At least, now, can say 'We sent you the letter'.
