most employers these days will test any and all applicants for the skills needed to do the job. For a job at a bank, they may test your skills on a number pad, and some general common sense quizzes on customer service type stuff.

You should dress neatly and buisness like. No trousers for females (ya gotta play the game for interviews no matter what anyone else in the bank is dressed like) and no denim for male or female! No open toed sandals either, unless you're going for a job as beach clean up! ;)

Generally for job interviews I try to go ahead of time to see how everyone else at the company is dressed, then I dress a little better for the interview. After you get the job, you can dress like everyone else! :yes:
