Past Addresses for the G-325a

Is it a problem if you don't remember where exactly you lived all the past five years? I was a nanny for one year and lived in 4 different houses. I only remember one of addresses, and still at that it's just the town and the street. No house number because it was a PO Box. Two I lived at for a month and a half, one I lived in for 3 months and the other 6 months. So can I leave the addresses out? I kept residence at my dad's house, but forward my mail to the other addresses. Has anyone had a predicament like this?

I'd say if your permanent address was your parent's then use that. Military do it all the time as address of record. As you weren't at any of those places longer than 6 months, I don't see how you would need a police record from them.

But I really have no other idea.
