Form I-134: Affidavit of Support

Dear all,

Although its too early to be looking at Form I-134 for an I-129F petition, however

going through it on Question 10, it says

'That I have submitted visa petition(s) to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration

Services (CIS) on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state none.'

Below it, it asks for the Date Submitted.

So its pretty much clear that this is only to be filled in by the Applicant / Petitioner

of I-129F and not the Co-Sponsor

The question is, what date needs to be put in the Date Submitted field.

a. The date on which the I-129F petition was physically mailed.

b. or, The recieved date on NOA1

c. or, Any other date ?

I am confused. Help...

The date is the NOA1 date for your petition. That is the date submitted

And yes it can be used by the co-sponsor, since they did not submit a petition they would put N/A or NONE in those blocks.
