I received my NOA2 for K3 in the mail yesterday.

I haven't received any emails nor has the USCIS website been updated for my case since

July 3, when they notified by email and website update that they had sent the first IMBRA RFE.

No touches, no updates..................but in the mailbox yesterday, an I-797 (NOA2) for K3 approval date of July 28 :dance:

04-14-06 - Mailed I-130 for wife and son

04-25-06 - NOA 1 for I-130

05-03-06 - Mailed I-129F for K3/K4 to Chicago PO Box

05-09-06 - NOA 1

07-28-06 - NOA 2

08-04-06 - NVC receives and assigns GUZ #

09-07-06 - NVC Out to GUZ

12-03-06 - P3 received

12-04-06 - P3 mailed back to GUZ

01-06-07 - Received P4........Interview is Feb. 28

02-23-07 - Attended ACH

02-28-07 - Interview - PASSED! - Pink Slip!

03-03-07 - Received Visa at Guangzhou Post Office

03-07-07 - Entered USA at Chicago POE

07-20-07 - Mailed (2) I-485's for AOS to Chicago PO Box

08-10-07 - Received biometrics letter.

08-25-07 - Attended Biometrics Appointment in Nashville

08-25-07 - Received AOS interview letter

08-30-07 - Received NOA1 for AOS.

It's the hardest thing to wait in the dark, especially when everybody else seems to be progressing. And it's the sweetest thing to have good news fall out of the sky and give you great hopes all over again. Congratulations!

CONGRATULATIONS!! I keep hoping that I am one of those ones that is lucky enough to get an email when approved because being here in the UK with my hubby, I have to wait until my gf back at home forwards all the mail. She is pretty good about doing so(usually the day she gets something it is sent to us), and then it take an additional 4-6 days to get it. Godbless you in your journey...and godspeed.

I has been noted over and over now that NBC doesnt update online status. Actually, getting both the email and approval notice is good, mail can get lost or something. But I am just happy they are working fast. CONGRATS.

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
