Dear All,

I tried to check my status online but seems like the number is not working.I receive NOA on june 3rd. i don't know what to do.this is what it says

Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.528

Does anybody experience the same?

Well... that is completely different than "case number not found" I would definitively call the service center 1800 number.

Hey Guys, I did a walk-in the next day I got the fingerprinting letter. I would recommend doing the same to you guys. Ofcourse there is a chance that they might not accept walkins if they are busy but I think its worth a try. You could save a couple of weeks of delay...

Thank you for sharing your experience with walk-in biometrics. I will also try this time because I already did a walk in for the removal conditions biometrics. The thing is that the office was very far from home and the security guy didn't accept the walk in for the first day I went to the office. He told me to come back 3 days later and Is what I did but was a pain for me to travel again to the office. In any case I will try a walk in again for my N-400

Looks like we are in a similar boat. My NOA is dated 6/1, it wasn't until 6/16 that I could add the N400 to my case status portfolio. Till now when I check it gives me the message:

Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

From what I understand the online case status is not the most reliable system so I wouldn't worry too much for now.

I called them and waited on the phone for 35 min they told me that everything is ok i just need to wait process sometimes takes up to 5 months

1. DO NOT DELETE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

Walk-in biometrics done yesterday. Very nice here in Indy. Easy and quick. Did it early because of work schedule.

So.... I finally broke down and called USCIS, spoke to a rep and was transferred to a very nice immigration lady officer and found out that they just put me in queue on June 14 for biometrics and that they have not gotten to me yet, the case is active though. And the IO told me they will not be using my old fingerprints.

Good luck with that. So that means that you will need to wait more time until the Biometrics appointment letter arrives or for sure will be on June 14? I don't understand what that means in terms of your appointment letter that you are in queue on June 14.

Thanks for the good luck! I think I needed that. It does suck to wait with USCIS, but I was relieved to know that my file was not lost. Yes, it means I do need to wait longer, much longer I suppose. My ASC apparently is the one causing the delay. They did not follow my priority date for some reason, they put me in the waiting list only on June 14 (so it feels like I filed on that day instead of May) so it will take a while before they get to my file. I'm not sure how much of a wait it's going to take though.. I stopped checking my case status online for my sanity.

The mis-information line was not very helpful. I called today since I haven't received Biometrics notice yet and they said I have to wait 30 days after I receive the NOA and if 30 days have passed and haven't received Biometrics notice then to call them back again. What a waste of time ! Any body with DO as Philly having to wait for their Biometrics letter ?

Mis-information line is rarely helpful. We had to wait about a month but we're in Orlando.

It's funny, my husband's cousin works for the misinformation line and she genuinely feels she gives helpful info and is surprised when people are so angry.

My case status has been updated as of 6/24 to RFE so I am assuming that is the biometrics letter. Good luck to everyone.
