Yay! Does it say "initial review" on yours? That's what it shows when I checked my case status.Keeping my fingers crossed for biometrics notice..

Yes is showing "Initial Review". I think that will change to "Request for Evidence" when they send the Biometrics notice.

05/25/10 - N-400 package delivered in Phoenix, AZ

06/04/10 - Check cashed

06/10/10 - NOA received

06/16/10 - Case available online

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

08/09/10 - Interview Appointment letter received for 09/13/10

09/13/10 - Interview Approved!

09/13/10 - Same Day Ceremony! I am a US Citizen!

The case status shows up on mine today, also says "Initial Review". :thumbs:

N-400

5/29/2010 - USPS Express Mail Out N-400

6/2/2010 - Priority date

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

I am getting anxious about the biometrics letter. I really do not like his "sit and wait" process. I am happy that I can come online and see status updates from your all … thanks for sharing your experiences.

Today my case is finally available online! Waiting for news on the Biometrics letter...

I thought I had to wait for the biometrics letter before I could check the case status online; I can check with just the NOA?

Yes, for N-400 you can see the status online just with the NOA but you need to wait like a week or so from the time you receive your letter.

Today the status changed to RFE!!!

"On June 16, 2010, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION"

So I am sure that the Biometric notice is coming! :dance:

05/25/10 - N-400 package delivered in Phoenix, AZ

06/04/10 - Check cashed

06/10/10 - NOA received

06/16/10 - Case available online

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

I will check when I get home from work since I got the NOA more than a week ago. Good for you, that your biometrics date has been set ... this wait can be so hard!

That's really awesome!!! You might even receive it in the mail before the week is over.

Mine's still stuck on "Initial Review". I did get a touch today though, sort of teasing me and building my anticipation (can't take anymore of the suspense)! tongue.gif

I bet my local ASC is backlogged, as usual.. but my hands can wait. I need for my my wounds to heal..

"On June 11, 2010, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION"

So I should get the letter in the mail soon and know what date to plan for :dance:

Dear All,

I tried to check my status online but seems like the number is not working.I receive NOA on june 3rd. i don't know what to do.this is what it says

Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.528

Does anybody experience the same?
