btw, to all those who got the visas, what's the deal with this removal of conditions after 2 yrs that they tell you to do??? it says that within 90 days of your 2 yr anniversary, you have to file to remove conditions or something. i guess we dont have to worry about it now, but anyone know which form to file for this?

06-18-2010: Entered US - NEW YORK CITY and 08-16-2010: GC received! (nearly 2 months after PoE) woo hoo!

If you send sufficient information and evidence that you're still happily married and living together, then, no.

If not, then yes, you may be called for an interview.

This is good advice to bear in mind. Start collecting evidence straight away. Take a break for a month or two after POE and then get a big box or file and start throwing in pictures, bill, receipts, cards, bank statements etc that show you're co-mingling your social and financial lives together. Don't wait till the last moment. Get BOTH names on everything - lease, phone, internet, insurances, bank, credit card etc.

we take lots of photos of everything, but definitely gonna want to have a giant box of old bills to throw in their faces in two years. hahahah

Good advice. My sister and her husband did not have to go through the interview for removal of conditions. They sent in documents showing that they had purchased a house together (or paying mortgage to be correct) and had brought brand new cars, adopted a pet, took lots of trips together, etc.
