United Healthcare to Implement Federal Rescission Reforms Early

WASHINGTON, April 28 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement in response to UnitedHealthcare's announcement today that it would implement rescission reforms in the health care bill ahead of schedule:
