My fiancee in Peru has finally finished her 6 month treatment. We originally went to embassy interview without the medical exam envelope 6 months ago (because of the TB scare). They told us that as soon as the treatment was finished we had to send the information, along with the passport, by DHL to the embassy and they would approve the visa within a few weeks.

-Here is the question. What do we send? - Do we send the sealed envelope with the treatment information inside - or - do we send the original sealed envelope with the treatment information outside the envelope?

Thank you!
