Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me with any info on this? I am a conditional green card holder married to a USC, my parents are old and now very sick they are struggling alot , I want to bring them here so I can take care of them as soon as possible. From where I read I know that only if I am a USC I can petition them to come here, but does anyone know if there is away like health emergency or something that will entitled them to be eligible. any information is appreciated

thanks

Not that I know of, but one thing is for sure that healthcare is pretty expensive here and even if you sponsor your parent you would be responsible to pay for it (I-864 affidavit support) which makes you responsible to pay for everything  My mother used to pay $500.00 a month just for the pills no health coverage.

thanks LIFE'SJOURNEY , its true that medical care here is expensive, but my idea is for me to take care of them here as they are struggling there by themselves and only visited once a week by my sister. but I was hoping that there is some kind of a way, but I guess that there is no health related approach to take for this thing to happen
