When you are filing an I-751 is it okay to give a PO Box as the return address? We're in the middle of relocating and don't have a permanent new address yet.

The I-751 has a line(s) for mailing address (if different than street address) - presumably a P.O. Box is OK.

How exactly are you in the 'middle' of moving? (If possible, it might be helpful to your ROC if you have an actual address - for example, a new lease or dead etc.)

Well we own a house in Florida together. However, we are temporarily moving to NYC (for a few months) because of my husbands job. It could become permanent after the few months. We will just be staying at hotels and short term places like that for the next few months until we know if the job is permanent.

I would file using the Florida address, but then the biometric appointment will be in Florida :( So I'm not sure what to do

It's ok to use P.O.Box address, I did that myself.

And as for the biometrics, write a cover letter when you apply for your I-751 explaning your temporary move to NY, and if possible provide them with the name and the location of the Hotel where you will be staying at and the length of your stay there. Bare in mind that they always send you to the nearest District office to your location.

Good luck.
