Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) says the cloture vote on the financial regulation reform bill was voted down by all Republican members and one Democrat (Sen. Ben Nelson, Democrat of Nebraska). However, Sen. Reid also voted against the bill. Note: Majority Leader Reid has scheduled another cloture vote for 4:30pm ET. Sen. Reid voted no so he could bring the vote up again.
