I am just dropping in to say hi. I have been looking through the thread and I don't see many people on here that was on VJ approximately 2to 3 years ago when I was on. I wonder what happened to everyone. I am back on regularly now. My husband and I are currently in the process of ROC so we are going for biometrics on May 12. Anyway just wanted to say hi and that I wish you all the best of luck!

Nat, you inspired me to use my first coupon of my life. I got $3 off a case of pampers plus free baby wipes. Prolly not as good as your savings but its a start!

Yay! Level one is using coupons OR buying things on sale. Level two is combining the two! I don't know how much pampers tend to cost, but CVS has them ths week: 96 for $19.99, plus you get $5 back. Add on your $3 coupon and it's like getting them for $11.99. Next time you go to buy some, check www.coupontom.com to see where more coupons are. Where'd you get the $3 one? CouponTom only found ones for $1 - $2 in Sunday papers.

Nat, please email me your strategy. I went to walgreens lastnight and cut coupons from their coupon book AND shopped the sale that they had!! They also had a coupon for 50 pics for $5 and I used it and save $6

I was so damn happy. I gotta stick with walgreens though because cvs is quite a distance from me...

Walgreens... They're not nearly as coupon-friendly as CVS. But there are still some deals. For example, Sure deodorant is on sale for $1.50 this week. Plus there was a $1.50 coupon in Sunday's paper. FREE! That was their best sale this week.

First bit of advice: Know which Sundays to buy multiple papers by seeing how many coupon inserts will be in the paper. According to http://www.coupontom.com/static/schedule, the best paper to get will be June 6, as there will be FOUR coupon inserts. This Sunday will only have 1

Hello everyone...hope all is well. Life has been crazy but I am still blessed.

I can only speak for myself. My reason for not coming around because the newcomers don't take advice well at least from me. They seem to hang on to those with drama...guess my life is pretty boring. As a vet, I try to stay around but it seems pretty useless. Back in the day, we used to talk about the adjustment and shared stories but it seems like life is great for the newcomers.

Shemmy you vets have to stay around because if and when I do this I will need advice because Lord knows I haven’t retained a thing. I looked the forms the other day and instantly hit the exit on my computer and said whoo glad I have a while for/if that. So do you really have to gather all that stuff to send off the K-1? Sheesh I never understood why you ladies were so happy when it was out of your hands but now I see why.

I must admit sometimes things seem a little fake oh I love him oh were great oh were this and its like get the phock outta here. Granted things shouldn’t be the worse but it has to be some problems connecting two cultures. Now some ladies do reveal the facts but some you just have to shake your head like umm o.k.

So how are things with you missy?

Afternoon Ladies I forgot to tell you all my happy news...I bought a new ride I will pick it up today . 2008 Dodge Caravan SE. We needed it bad I had a 2006 KIA Rio and we all could not fit in it anymore. My kids say I look like a soccer mom driving it

Now that I think about it, I don't believe I said good afternoon, my apology.

I went to go do that MRI today and I sneaked a peak at the computer screen, didn't see anything unusual on the skull/head but what the heck, I don't know what to look for. They said they'd fax the results to my gyn tomorrow so I called her to make an appt and the ####### gave me an appt for NEXT tuesday but if I call the image center and they fax the results by tomorrow I'll do a walk in on thursday morning and if she don't wanna see me then I grab my effing chart and go somewhere else coz the suspense is killing me

I was just about to ask how did everything go.... I see we have to continue to wait.

First of all Im glad you are still blessed because you and that baby need to stay healthy so he can come on my b-day July 8th :dance:

Now, this is not true IMO. Im considered a newcomer although I didnt sign up until 3 months after I was always in here as a guest :bonk: So its been over a year for me. I don't hang on those with drama but I do pay attention to it, because I feel that drama can be subsided with PRAYER. I'm not a Jesus freak but I love and acknowledge him and know that he can make whatever needs to happen-happen. Whether it be comfort, ease, drama-free, or financial miracles. And when there is drama and we ALL have had drama. So even VETs dont post and some do. I dont cling to drama but I do feel thats it entertaining because it shows we are not perfect.

Thats is so true, and I thank GOD for you all advice. Especially with my crazy hubby, with his jealous self. :bonk: But we are working on it daily.

Ok dada I think you hit it right on the money, because some are too perfect but I wouldnt go as far as to say its the newbies but some of the vets.

Then when we tell our stories it seems like we are not telling the truth or something, its true and I wouldnt share it if it was a lie. (Speaking for myself) because I dont need help on lies I need help on my true life drama.
