This might not work for everybody but I lost my younger brother years ago and always get a balloon/balloons on his birthday and write all over it and release it in celebration of his life, something about that just cheers me up for a little bit. You and yours continue to be in my prayers.

i do the same thing for my brother

Just wanted to stop by quick and say thanks to Tee and KJ for coming to NYC. Hubby and I had a great time with you and your husbands( cousin and hubby too). Wish we could have hung out longer KJ. The yardie link up was the highlight of our trip. Hubby HATED NYC, just too many people (and none on island time) for him. Tee you deserved to get drunk after all the walking old botox rass made us do looking for a liquor store. Dallas BBQ really was a great choice and now I'm wishing I had tried the cornbread.

Glad to see Dada and Mrs Palmer had a likkle yardie link up. Aren't they the best??

Nat- From my experience Zillow is just whack. Hope you can get into that neighborhood though.

Morning Everyone! I'm praying for sweet Jamaica!

I was so out the loop yesterday my Blackberry went on the  and I had to upgrade my software and all my numbers were lost.:help: Oh well, at least that blank white screen with the error message is gone. It's just a pain to have to obtain and save my numbers again. I am definitely a fan of backing up my contacts after this ordeal!

I hope this isn't a typo.... but I've been struggling with moving to a house for years. I want a house but I LOVE my location. I really want to live in the neighborhood across the st from my apt complex, but those houses are $750k & up and we're not there (yet).

Yesterday I noticed that SEVERAL houses in that neighborhood are for sale. Guess people got his hard by the downturn in the market. This one house that sold for $1.3 million 2 years ago is listed (according to www.zillow.com) for $199k. That sounds WAAAY too good to be true, but I'm looking into it!

Awww Nat, that dream home is still out there. One of my good friends just purchased a $400k home for $160k here in Atlanta. They got an awesome deal. It really is a buyer's market. We researched and got a good deal on our townhome as well.

Good morning every1!

Morning!

Hello everyone.

Haven't signed on in ages. Things went downhill with Lance and I. He never even got his passport or anything for us to continue with the CR1. I've decided to file for a divorce. Has anyone done this before or have any idea how I can go about doing so?

Hope all is well with everyone else.

- Marie
