From the sellers answers and the way he deals it is obvious that he did not send it. I have e-mailed someone who bought the same phone from him, same day as me. THe other buyer is in the same situation as me. She says maybe we will be able to file a claim and get $200 back ....I don't know if its possible. How can I prove that he did not send it?

The way to find out if you love someone or not, is by talking to them.

The more you talk to them the more you either hate them or love them.

File a complaint through Paypal, he has to prove to them that he sent it or they'll take the money from him and give it back to you. If he really sent it Priority Mail there is a tracking number and the USPS will be able to verify when and if it was delivered.

Be warned though, I had a similar problem with a piece of computer equipment (A/C adaptor for an ancient laptop) and had to go through Paypal to get my money back (the seller never answered my emails or Paypal's request for information at all), and the seller gave me a negative rating. Luckily now you can respond, so I was able to put up a response saying "This seller often takes money for items he doesn't ship, then gives the buyer a negative rating, you can check his ratings history for proof." (This is true, you can see that every person who gave *him* a negative rating for not sending the item--maybe 1 in every 20 or 25, but he has so many transactions you have to go far back to find them--he gave a negative rating calling for the person to be "wiped off the face of the planet.") But now my ratings are only 67% positive because I don't use Ebay that much.

Got a black Razr...hate it thought :( Sooo a week ago I bought a Nokia 7370 on EBAY, payed $300 for it and it looks like the seller is playing games and won't send it to me. I'm so sad, I lost the money and don't have the cellphone :crying:G-nokia_7370.jpg

Woah that cell phone is pretty! :P

Sorry about the ebay problem...

Some of you have cool phones. I have a plain nokia phone. It came free with the plan (we have cingular). I might qualify for a free phone upgrade now though.

File a claim.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

In June Best Buy ran a sale for nokia Bluetooth headsets for a tenner....I went in the same day the circular went out, and by the time I got there, they were all gone. No rebates, no nothing...just 10 bucks. So I got a raincheck, and when they said 'how many?' I said '4'

They finally came in and I went to get them...they're regularly 60 bucks!!! For a tenner!! I'm giving 2 away, and keeping the other 2 for me :D

Octa, that celly is cool! Hope you get your money back!! File a claim with paypal, you'll get your money.

You can even call paypal, which is what I did when a seller mucked me around
