I need some advice please. We have tons of photos from my visit in December but forgot to take photos during my short visit in February.

I have boarding passes and passport stamps to prove we saw each other but no photos.

We also have about 1" of skype log, phone bills, SMS log to document relationship.

Our case arrived at the embassy today.

Are we screwed?

01-20-10 filed I-129 F
05-25-10 Interview - APPROVED
06-18-10 POE - ATL

08-07-10 Married!
08-09-10 AOS/EAD mailed
08-11-10 AOS/EAD received
08-19-10 NOA1 for AOS & EAD
09-14-10 AOS Transfered to CSC
09-24-10 Contacted USCIS to request Biometrics Appt.
10-18-10 Biometrics appointment
10-21-10 EAD card in production
10-21-10 AOS approved!
10-30-10 Green card received

08-09-12 filed I-751
09-07-12 Biometrics appointment

04-01-13 ROC approved

05-25-13 Green card received

If they even bother to ask to see photos (they sometimes don't) then just provide the photos that you DO have. I don't see any problem. You've got enough other evidence, it seems.

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Thanks for the advice. I really don't know what to expect from the embassy. I couldn't find any reviews on VJ and according to DOS stats they only issued 16 K-1 visas in 2009 and 14 in 2008 (or was it 14 in '09 and 16 in '08?). I'll be sure to post a review once my fiance has his interview.

You have significantly more than I did.

They asked for one photo of the two of us, that seems normal.
