A well deserved and earned... CONGRATS!!! Does you case shoot straight back to the Embassy?

I don't know, there is still an ongoing debate about whether our petitions are getting sent to VSC or straight to the consulate. I just hope it gets to the embassy fast because it is easy to get an interview and Prague which means my sweetheart could be coming very soon.

I've been checking my case obsessively all week and finally, on Friday at 8 PM, I found out my case has been approved!!!

Good luck to all the other recall cases! Hopefully this is a sign of justice to come!

09/29/06- expedited service request approved by VSC director

12/17/07- I-765 approved new card should be mailed within 30 days, Advanced parole approved

02/28/08- AOS APPROVED!!!! PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD RECEIVED!!!!! (card received couple weeks after approval)

I sure hope so! At least some of the recall petitions which they seemed to have so many problems with are off their plate.
