Look at the example forms provided, you will select 'No'. K-1's apply for the SSN once they have entered the country. This question is answered differently if you are a K-3 or otehr VISA types I believe.

IIRC, a K-1 isn't to fill out the Part II section on the DS-230.

Like Darnell said, as a K-1 you only fill out Part 1 of the DS 230. Part II does not apply.
