thing good to say shut up i asked for help from ppl who dont talk wiht their ### ..... my WIFE

an i met while she was here in jamaica i have never been to the us i only applied for a tourist visa after a year into our realtion ship whne it was getting too much for her to travel all the time she wanted me to visist her too....then it was months after dat when we got married we were perfectly ok in watingon the filing to come thru ...........now she got sick an was in intesive care for 2 weeks now!! u know wat let me stop cuz i wont let one a... hole get me upset most of the pplk on this board are helpful an supportive u are the first ####### head ive seen on here.......... jersey girl, aussiwech u always have good info pls holla if u have ne

Sorry to say this, but your spelling and ghetto-way of expressing yourself towards me would explain why you really were denied.

Not only don't you know how to write correctly, but you also don't know how to control your bursts of anger as to carry yourself correctly and talk properly to people.

dmartmar..... again your replies are uncalled for and not needed.... just because you have been hurt and your relationship did not work for you. This does not give you the right to hurt others... you only seem to remain here to cause others upset.... maybe its time you got help so you can move on with your life...

08/07/2006=embassy mailed packet to my wife with interview date.

08/11/2006=packet received

08/28/2006=interview date

08/28/2006 =interview SUCCESSFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9/06/2006 = SHE ARRIVES HERE.ATLANTA GEORGIA.

Look at the OP's timeline.

Why does he have two pending Visa applications? One being a CR1, the other a K3.

He was denied a Tourist Visa, due to not having enough evidence of ties to Jamaica.

Make your own assumptions.

when you are married you file for K-3 and Cr1.

K-3 is to allow him here now and wait for cr1. if they happend to pass the

2nd year anniversary at visa issuance it become Ir1. the obviously married when

they were overseas- like me and javed has done.

this time he is married. vs when he file for tourist visa.

good luck on your case - I hope your wife gets better i know this is tough.

I get sad too when my husband just has the sniffles.

I am so sorry you are not able to be with your wife right now when she needs you and hope you are able to find a way to get to her bed-side quickly. Good luck on your journey and I hope you find the answers that will help you.
