Actually, you must be in AP if you are not out of NVC. The normal processing time for most members is about a week and then shipped off to your consulate. The 90 days comment must be their default for all cases, the same as the USCIS saying it takes at least 5 months to process your petition. I am not sure how long you have to wait before calling USCIS, but you might want to do that.

I dunno, somethings wrong, IMO. The casefile is stalled or lost .

You have military immigration liason office, available to you - you should call them and get them to inquire about casefile location.

Give these guys a call - 1-877-CIS-4MIL (1-877-247-4645), and explain in detail, the timeticks on yer casefile. You might need to talk to a 2nd or 3rd level person, as well, in case the 1st level person you speak with is clueless.

stuff bolded above - is for K-1 visa - OP is CR-1 with an I-130 in play. Not the same thing, not the same timelines at all.

Also, he's got a military expedite, and IMO, somethings's wonky.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
