Hello everyone! First post here, but I was hoping I could glean some help on this very last step!

I'm packing and getting ready to leave to Vancouver for my medical and my interview, and I'm worried that I may be forgetting something, or unaware of something I should have, so I was hoping to list it off and get some extra eyes to help! Really not the time to forget something. >.>

The plan is to fly out Tuesday morning, check into the hotel, and then have that day to sort of get my bearings as far as locations go. Then early Wednesday morning I have my medical, 1PM Thursday I have my interview, hopefully, assuming I pass, I can pick up the visa on Friday, and then I leave late Friday.

Anyways, enough rambling on! Here is what I have to take with me...

First I have one folder, containing the contents of the very first packet sent in, just to have on me. The second folder, contains the medical contents, which are placed in this order:

-Passport

-Copy of ID page of Passport

-Packet 3 letter

-3 2x2 passport photos

-Immunization record sheet/titre test for immunization proof

-Bank draft for $330

And my third folder is double sided, and contains in this order on the left side:

-2 Scotiabank cash sheets

-2 2x2 passport photos

-D156 Online form

-Another D156 Online form

-D156 offline form

-My long form birth certificate

-Copy of my certificate

-My fiancee's long form birth certificate

-Copy of fiancee's certificate

-Fiancee's marriage certificate

-Copy of fiancee's marriage certificate

-Fiancee's divorce decree

-Police criminal record check

-Affidavit of support

-NOA2

-Interview date letter

And the right side, I have mainly evidence of relationship type things, in this order (Mainly wondering with this I guess whether any different order should be done, or does it even matter if I would just be pulling out these for the officer?):

-Emails between my fiancee and I

-Emails regarding wedding plans, location, reverend, photographer.

-Evolution or relationship sheet

-2 letters from friends affirming our relationship

-Skype chat history page

-Postage photocopies of boxes and letters I sent my fiancee

-Fiance(e) letters of intent

(I also have a love letter satchel that I plan to bring the letters my fiancee has sent me in, as well as pictures and a couple scrapbooks she made me.)

I also have a map printed out so I know where to go around the area, as well as a sort of reminder itinerary sheet for things needing to be done, such as switching my passport after my medical, since I can be forgetful at times.

So my question is, whether as far as the interview and medical are concerned, whether there's anything else I should have in my folders, any other suggestions of something I could have in them that might be beneficial, or anything like that. Sorry if I went way too much into detail, I'd just rather not miss something and have it be the reason I fail the interview. O_O

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
