ds-230 part 1 question 30 help!!!!

hello everyone! im here and frustrated we have gotten 3 rfes on this dang form to say it mildly and we just sent out the third response to them, we checked it good we dotted t's crossed i's all things and how nvc has picked at every tiny thing on this form has killed us both, first it was cause we wrote 2/2003 instead of 2-2003 and another was cause we oput from 18 till now which i will say it was our fault but anyways still upsetting and another ione cause he forgot to sign in arabic, anywys to my question, our last rfe was cause we put from 18 till now and with them nip picking at everything, my husband spased and put from birth till now all places hes lived,are we gonna get rfed on this one, i just caught it,... also a friend of mine is filling this form out and her husband has lived at same address all his life, so should he put from birth till now since this is his only address, or what, were tired and confused thanks

ALL YOU HAVE TO TYPE IS WHATEVER HIS B-DAY month 04-1970 PRESENT

IF HIS B-DAY IS on April and the year is like 1970... this is just for Example

NVC won't nitpick that much if you write what the form asks for: List all countries you have resided in SINCE REACHING THE AGE OF 16, leaving no gaps greater than 6 months (that last part is super important!!!!). I'd recommend putting "Birth-present", or if the applicant has lived in more than one place, be as specific as possible, and end it with "[date] to Present", like "2/2003-Present".
