Hello,

I am applying 1-130 for my parents. They are currently living outside the country. I have few question if anyone can help answer.

1. Do I have to fill out 325a form for my parents and one for my self?.

2. After submission how much time does it take to get a response from USCIS?

3. Do I have to fill out any form besides I-130 right now?

4. Does anyone have a sample cover letter for 1-130 based on parents informaton?

Nope. just the i130 for each of them with the additional documents. Your birth certificate for each of them since they are separate packages. Their marriage license. If it is in another language, an English translation has to be attached. proof of citizenship.

I can't submit both application in one package?
