They mail it with an expresspost envelope you bring.

P4 tells you the size.

They mail it to you. You are required to bring a pre-paid express post envelope - the largest size they sell - with you to the interview. When the K-1 is approved, they will put the visa in your passport, then mail it and a large brown envelope (that you do NOT open) back to you in the express post envelope. Remember to write down the tracking number before you give it to them at the Consulate. It can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to be mailed as they sometimes don't mail them for a few days and you will feel less anxious if you know you are able to track it.

I'm guessing I couldn't get a priority mail...it has to be express huh?! rats...I'd rather next AM delivery, not 2-3 days...LOL ...do they usually get the visa ready that day to ship it?! or does it go in a pile and eventually they get to it?

I believe it's the express post envelope they require (DON'T forget it!!!) and then they mail you your passport back, along with some "welcome to america!" papers, I got mine in 2 days. I think I got my actual card in hand in the U.S. 3-4 weeks later.
