so they put me back again on 221g and here what it says,

( Upon re-examination of your case and in consultations with ICE and USCIS services representatives, we are requesting your A-files from the uscis archives.Once file is received and reviewe, we will contact you please advised however that it may take three months to retrieve your file.

so i hope things get faster for us inshallah

Notice to everyone reading my Naturalization Timeline
That it took me 5 months to have oath after the interview is only because i requested for a name change,
this is what delayed my case by months

28 April 2010 AP completed just out of blue.
30 April 2010 Visa received


21 Months Total from start to VISA received


8 Months in AP TOTAL 239 Days

Well, on the bright side, at least they gave you a bloody timeframe! Now you can hang out for 3 months and start the worrying all over again then! Best wishes to you, and for renewed patience in the long journey.

11 May 2010 - VISA IN HAND

14 May 2010 - Flights to Newark!!

Well.. although there is a wait, but at least the gave you a time frame, and then they might be able to get things conculded once they get the file.
