hello to all VJ,

Last time I wrote about our problem here...Now Im asking again and hope you can have time to reply on this again..

Last time I told here in VJ that we gonna get rid of joint sponsor and my husband gonna sponsor me alone. HE going to use his Income and employer letter.. my Question is If he meet Half of the income requirements in Half year is there a possibility that we can get approved??IN our computation he can meet the income requirements this year bcoz he gonna meet half of it on june..

In the employment letter they should have his salary listed. So he didnt meet with the 2009 taxes? What about previous years? I know they do look at the tax return. If he had a joint sponsor, why did he decide to go the route on his own?

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

It is not about how much income that the sponsor has earned so far in the year. They are evaluating the annualized income based on the paystubs and employer letter.

yes he didnt meet the Income requirements last year...he decided to rid of the sponsor because the sponsor did file taxes for 2009 and some other years...and dont want to file for it...

so this is depressing especially i want to be with him soon!!

You guys should be fine. Your hubby has a full-time job and the consul officer will see that he will make enough income in 2010 to qualify. He has his paycheck stubs and his employer's letter to back it up. I don't see a problem.

Besides, I have not read anything here on VJ where the USEM denied a married couple a visa because they fell a few dollars short of the income requirement.

And remember, during your interview the consul officer will be looking to see if love is in the air! :star:

Will your hubby attend your interview? That would help too! :thumbs::)
