This I-134 is getting a bit confusing... What i would like to know is with Q7: right my fiance doesn't work & has no income of any kind as he is a full-time caregiver to his father.. So should he just put in Q7: he is unemployed & attach a piece of paper explaining his situation?

Next question is Q11: should he tick the I intend box & put support spouse? or should he tick Do Not Intend?

Also my future sister in-law is gonna co-sponsor me.. So would she have to tick either I Intend or Do Not Intend? If she was to tick I Intend what is a reasonable contribution she could offer?

Would be nice to hear if anybody else has been in this situation & perhaps give me some advice to my questions..

We first met online 2004, but things started to get serious in Dec 2007. Made my first visit to the USA in march 2008 for 2 weeks. Then returned again in Aug 2008 for 3 months.. Then i came back to the UK for 5 months to return back to the USA April 2009 for another 3months.

Question 7: Well for one, he could fill in "caregiver to my father" and list father's name/address in the rest of that. Then put $0 income. That would kind of explain what he does. London will quickly go to the joint sponsor after seeing the zero income.

Question 11: How will you live if he has no income? How does he buy food, gasoline, clothing, etc.? You should NOT tick "Do not intend". He needs to explain how he's going to provide for you even if it's "I receive room and board, use of a car, spending money, and my medical expenses paid for by my father because he is disabled and I am his caregiver. My fiance will receive the same as my wife."

That's about as creative as I can get. Sometimes you have to think outside the box when your situation is quite different from the norm. List any specific things he receives as a caregiver if that's the situation.

And the joint sponsor will cover you anyway to get the visa. Don't forget to provide proof of you sister-in-law's citizenship or legal residence in the US along with the I-134 and proofs of income.
