Hope, they will change the processing dates soon. NBC is still in IMBRA limbo. But there are some with NOA-1 dates after March 6 who were already approved.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thanks for the replies!

Something in this system needs to change. How are people supposed to continue with their lives with so much uncertainty?

The fact that the processing dates may be unreliable is double-edged - it may mean good news or not...

im not sure but i think this is how it works........... lets say ur case is noa1 march 5 th an some thing is wrong with it ( meaning they rfe u or have something missing ) they wont wait until it is sorted out to move on to cases with noa1 march 6th they keep working on other cases till they get it sorted out ............... so i guess in a nut shell they dont change the dates until they clear up all the cases with that noa1 however that doesnt mean they wiat until those cases are approved to work on others
