Hello

I m still waiting for my NOA2 anyone still waiting for NOA2 who filled I-130 on december ???

if anyone still waiting lets keep in touch here.

It has been 5 monts that i still waiting for my NOA2 what can i do more ??

Write to your senator. I don't know if it works, but my senator contacted me and two days letter I was done with USCIS.

1998-2001 - Undergrad together - Marine Bio - Florida Tech

2009 - Scotland; Hawaii; Missouri; Mauritius & Rome (a good year)!

11/20/09 - Married in Mauritius

11/23/09 - Sent I-130

12/4/09 - NOA1

2/25/10 - NOA2

NVC

3/5/10 - NVC Case # Assigned

3/12/10 - AOS and IV BILLS paid

3/13/10 - Mailed AOS

3/17/10 - I-864 delivered NVC

3/23/10 - I-864 accepted

4/1/10 - DS-230 delivered 11:03 AM

4/6/10 - AVR updated DS-230 checklist received

4/14/10 - RFE on DS230 (lots of them)!

5/19/10 - RFE packet sign for at NVC

6/6/10 - SIF

7/2/10 - Interview scheduled, but then canceled by Naples

7/14/10 - After many calls interview rescheduled

7/13/10 - Husband mugged on way to interview, still waiting for new passport.

August 2010 - He got the new passport, but I moved to Italy - after trying to maintain overseas marriage, my life in the states was worth leaving

2/24/11 - Long story, now we both live in New Zealand :) (no greencard, hoping to transfer the case down under)

We are still waiting to be approuved. We didn't have any touched, nothing since dec 29th. I might told my husband to call his senator, because I need to have done soon I have to move out from my appartment for june 1st and have to place to leave during the waiting...

hope to hear from them soon.

We are still waiting to be approuved. We didn't have any touched, nothing since dec 29th. I might told my husband to call his senator, because I need to have done soon I have to move out from my appartment for june 1st and have to place to leave during the waiting...

I did not get any touched as well still waiting for approval if its help we can contact with our senator

i hope we will hear somethings from them bec it almost over 5 months

thats weird i got my NOA2 on march 3 2010..and i filed the i130 on Dec 30 2009..it got approved in 58 days...im so happy...in 2 weeks my husband gets a interview date :D

everything is going perfect for me

but dont worry soon u will get that NOA2...u will see :D

I filed my 130 in october 2009 and i just got my NOA 2 in mid of April.You will get yours soon, i know the waiting is frustrating but you should hear from them soon.

N-400 sent on 4/28/2014

Check cashed on 5/3/2014

Text msg & email received 5/5/2014

Biometric appointment letter mailed out on 5/15/2014

Biometric appointment letter received on 5/19/2014 for May 30th,2014

Biometrics done (walk-in) on 5/23/2014

Inline for interview 5/28/2014

Received yellow letter indicating to bring to the interview ID/State DL and all passports on 7/5/2014

USCIS website status changed to ''scheduled for interview" on 7/24/2014

Received letter :interview date will be on 9/2/2014

Interview result : approved :joy:

Oath Ceremony appointment date letter mailed out on 9/5/2014

Online status changed and received letter with Oath Ceremony date for 9/12/2014

09/12/2014 - I AM A United States Citizen!

I filed my 130 in october 2009 and i just got my NOA 2 in mid of April.You will get yours soon, i know the waiting is frustrating but you should hear from them soon.

thank you i hope i will get my soon as you said it is really frustrating and being away ur loved one

i hope i will get it around may i will try to be patient more
