Gud pm to all. I am now preparing my DS-230 forms together with my whole family who will accompany me to the US. I'm a little bit confused in what to write in Part I #1, asking for the family name. I was petitioned by my father when I was still single so the name that appeared in all my correspondents with NVC is my maiden name. But since Im already married now, what family should I use in filling-up , should it be my husband's family name or still my maiden name? please I need some advice. Thanks in advance,.
