Question about using my maiden name

I´ve been married for almost 7 years but I never bother in changing my name, I got lazy and didn´t want to do all the paperwork. Could this cause any trouble for my paperwork. I used of course my maiden name on the I 130 since that is the name on all my documents.

Nope, no issues. It's your name and you can do what you like with it. USCIS knows it is the 21st century where women no longer feel obligated to change their names.

On all the forms, I used many variations of my name; mixing maiden, married, hyphenated, etc because I was still on the fence about changing it. It was not an issue

Good luck
