I know I posted this before but can't find the topic again.I did not make enough for my 2009 income tax. This is partly due to the 2 month vacation to the Philippines and change of jobs.I started a higher paying job ;before,I sent in the petition.(MAKING MORE THEN THE 125% GUIDELINE.My fiancee is having her interview Tuesday morning and I slightly worried. Is it a problem that my 2009 shows a lower amount.I got a letter form work showing I make more then the 125%.I just need some info to put my mind at ease.

What you earned on the most recent year's tax return and what you're currently earning may be the same or different. What truly matters is what you're currently earning.

Are you submitting any recent pay-stubs? (If applicable.)
