One of the better ideas that they have come up with in a long time. And why stop at with this. Hunting safety,first aid and CPR should be required.

How about not having a gun in a household of kids? You think that helps. Rural / small town America is regressing daily.

Kids are not killed because they are inexperienced with a gun, they are killed because they are playing with a weapon. Like saying perhaps if we train kids with nukes, we can then allow them to play with them.

Contrary to propaganda, most homicides are carried out be someone the victim knows. Hence no training nor weapon would prevent that.

Kids that are killed with a gun is called "irresposible gun ownership".

Don't blame the gun for some idiot's fault for leaving it laying around.
