My wife and I live with my parents, so I need to know how many people to list on the I-864 household. When I filed for the I-129F, I only listed myself and my wife even though I was here living with my parents. They own the house and pay the bills, can I just list 2 again and use only my income?

Thanks for any help,

James and Erma

I think since you do not support your parents (they are "roommates" so to speak) you do not need to include them in your household size. Maybe others here know better, but that's just my opinion.

You would be correct. You would only add your parents to the form if you are supporting them or if you are combining your income with theirs to meet the requirements. Otherwise you just put down you 2.
