Hello VJ friends so I am trying to figure out the fastest way to bring my wifes mother and sister to the US. If I get her mother here first is it fast for her mother to apply for her sister. My wifes sister is 26 never married. What do you all think thanks

Is your wife a USC yet? An LPR can only petition for a spouse or a child. As a citizen she can petition for a parent or a sibling.

My wife is a citizen and is applying to bring her mother here, my question is after her mom is here is it faster for a US citizen to bring a sister here or for a permenet reident to bring a daughter.

how old is the sister?

they can both petition her, just in case. a person can have more than one petition at the same time. If she is under 21, it would take less time if her mom petitions for her. If she is over 21 and unmarried, there's not too much of a difference, especially if your wife files for her sister now.
