for my wife's DS-3032 does the address need be US address. if not can I put the address in foreginer language?

only your wife need to send the "Choice of Agent" to NVC.

your wife can email to NVC with this email format (don't need to use the PDF file of form DS-3032)

and the address supposed to be Petitioner's US address.

You want the DS 3032 to name you and your US address as choice of HER agent. If for some reason you want your process delayed by mailing things to China and back, then put the Chinese address in Pinyin with a separate sheet address prepared in the format of a mailing label, for the address in Chinese characters.

I strongly suggest you check into doing electronic processing through NVC for a China case.

IF you check 'I Appoint' box, then the info below that is for the agent, in this case the USC Spouse, ie - yer info.

Now - stop a moment. You are China casefile, right?

You might want to rethink all, and instead of just that DS-3032,

OPT IN for NVC Electronic Processing, Instead.

I am wondering why we are told that we should have our benificiary send us the original signed DS 3032 in advance when I see where they can Email it to NVC directly from there location. Are we suppose to do both?

TomD - the requirements from NVC is to have a signed form, with original signature.

There is also the DS-3032 ascii email template (here on the wiki) but

IMO - one should choose, one or the other.

Some ppl here also do 'shotgun effect', with doing both. I don't recommend shotgun effect, at all.

Some ppl have it ready, get it going right after NOA-2 date, that signed DS-3032 from the beneficiary, to be able to MAIL IT IN to NVC via postal mail or courier, in yet another attempt to 'shave and save time'. I'm a fan of shaving and saving time, always.

I was originally going to have her mail a signed copy to me but perhaps she should send it directly to the NVC and make some scanned copies which she could email to me. Well that is unless the cost of courier mailing from PI is to high. I am just looking for the easiest, simplest, cost affective way to go...

My preferred paper method is to get the DS 3032 in advance and then send it in as soon as you have the NVC assigned case number to write on the top of the signed form.

For electronic filing, pretty much the same except to type (typewriter function in Adobe)the case number atop the PDF scan of the signed form.

by the way, I am in military,station at germany, the NVC told me they will speed my case for me. but any way, let's see what's going on

i will keep in touch with NVC. for sure i will try use Electronic processing. thanks again
