Guys

I sent my AOS form in july 2005. On the philly USCIS website they are procesing forms with current date of August 2005. That means my I-485 should have been done, right? I already had my AOS interview november last year. Can some one tell me whats goin on and if they have the same xpreience as me?

Please advice as I am a little worried. What do I need to do?

Have you changed address at any point during the process?

If not, it sounds like you're stuck in "name check" hell.

I'm still only 40 days from NOA1 so am in no way unlucky right now. However I've done enough research on this and other sites to know that the main reason for delays in getting a GC after AOS interview is the name check. The other being moving, and USCIS sending GCs etc to your old address, even though you filed a n address change.
